How to Block Bank of India ATM/Debit Card Through Internet Banking

If you’ve access to the Bank of India internet banking service then you can follow the below steps to block your BOI ATM card or download the BOI app.

  • Step 1: Login to ( with your username and password.
  • Step 2: Select the “ATM Card Services>Block ATM Card” tab.
  • Step 3: Here you can choose the required action for your card such as “Block/Unblock Card”.
  • Step 4: On selecting this option, a new screen is displayed with a drop-down list containing a list of all your cards associated with the account. You can select the card here and proceed to block it by clicking on the “BLOCK” button.
  • Step 5: Select the mode of authentication as SMS OTP and Click on “Confirm”.
  • Step 6: A success message would be displayed with a Ticket No. after successful blocking of your ATM cum Debit Card. Note this Ticket No. for future reference.
