You can immediately block your card by following any of these steps.

You can report Federal Bank ATM-related and lost card queries at 1800-425-1199 or 1800-420 -1199. Customers from abroad can dial +91-484-2630994 or +91-484-2630995.

Also, you can send an SMS, type BLOCK<space>Last Four Digits of your Debit Card, and send it to 5676762 OR 919895088888 from the registered mobile number. In case, if a customer does not remember the exact card number then you need to send SMS NO <space> last four digits of the Federal bank account number and send it to 9895088888 from the registered mobile number.

How to Block Federal Bank ATM/Debit Card Through Internet Banking

If you’ve access to the Federal bank internet banking service then you can follow the below steps to block your Federal Bank ATM card.

  • Step 1: Login to (https://www.federalbank.co.in) with your username and password.
  • Step 2: Select the “ATM Card Services>Block ATM Card” tab.
  • Step 3: Here you can choose the required action for your card such as “Block/Unblock Card”.
  • Step 4: On selecting this option, a new screen is displayed with a drop-down list containing a list of all your cards associated with the account. You can select the card here and proceed to block it by clicking on the “BLOCK” button.
  • Step 5: Select the mode of authentication as SMS OTP and Click on “Confirm”.
  • Step 6: A success message would be displayed with a Ticket No. after successful blocking of your ATM cum Debit Card. Note this Ticket No. for future reference.

How to Block Federal Bank ATM Card by Visiting Bank Branch

If you don’t have access to any of your banking services then you can visit your home branch for closing your lost card. Write a complaint to the bank, containing your address and other account detail, or fill out the required form in the branch to block your Card.
