How to Block Bank of Baroda ATM Card By SMS Service

BoB customers can send a text message with their registered mobile number in the given format to immediately block the card.

Function SMS text to 8422009988
Customer remembers his debit card number BLOCK < space> C < space> last 4 digits of Card No.
e.g. to block card number 4029851234567890 type:
BLOCK C 7890
Customer remembers his account number BLOCK < space> A < space> last 4 digit of A/c No.
e.g.: To block the cards attached to account number 17610400000811 type:
BLOCK A 0811
Note:
If multiple cards are linked with the corresponding account number and Customer ID (where mobile no. is registered), then customer will receive SMS for list of active cards attached to that account customer will have to initiate the hot listing once again with the card number intended.
Customer does not remember his debit card/account number BLOCK < space> ALL
Based on request received from registered mobile number all the cards attached to the corresponding Customer ID of mobile number will be blocked.

How to Block Bank of Baroda ATM Card Online

Blocking a BOB card online requires access to the internet banking service. Login to your Internet Banking account and select the ‘Block Card’ option in the Debit Cards section. If you don’t have access to the BOB Internet banking then you need to register it first.

How to Block Bank of Baroda ATM Card by Visiting BOB Branch

If you don’t have access to any of your banking services then you can visit your home branch for closing your lost card. Write a complaint to the bank containing your address and other account detail.
